Silvertistel is an independent archive. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Chrome Hearts or any other brand it covers. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the pieces.

Archive information

The archive is put together from public sources and collectors’ knowledge and is provided as is. Names, descriptions, dates and other details may be incomplete or wrong, and we may change or remove them at any time.

Resale prices are estimates based on past sales, not valuations or offers, and current prices may be higher or lower. Retail prices are historical, where known.

A piece being in the archive doesn’t confirm that any particular item for sale is authentic. Always check a piece and its seller before you buy.

Your account

Give accurate information when you create an account, keep your password to yourself and use your account only for yourself. You’re responsible for what happens through it. You can delete your account at any time on your profile page. We may suspend or delete accounts that misuse the site.

Using the site

Don’t copy the archive in bulk or access it with automated tools such as scrapers, don’t try to break, overload or get around the site’s security, and don’t use its forms for spam or abuse.

Corrections

When you send a correction, you let us use the information in it to update the archive. We decide what to change.

Sourcing

Sourcing requests are free and not binding. We may decline a request or stop looking, and we can’t promise to find a piece. If we find one, we’ll tell you the price and terms before you decide, and you’re never obliged to buy.

Other sites

Links to resale platforms and other sites take you to services we don’t control, with their own terms. We don’t check their listings or sellers. Some of these links are affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure.

Liability

The site is provided as is, and we can’t guarantee it’s always available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using the site or relying on its information, such as a purchase made elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are settled by Swedish courts. This doesn’t take away your right as a consumer to bring a case where you live.
